About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking seasoned employment law professionals based in the EU or UK to deepen the accuracy, depth, and practical application of AI-powered legal systems focused on HR and workplace regulations.
What You Will Do
- Review and refine AI-generated content on topics such as employment law, workplace policies, and HR regulations
- Evaluate AI responses for legal realism, compliance with EU/UK labor laws, and practical usability
- Draft realistic employment scenarios and case studies drawn from real-life legal and HR experience
- Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives (e.g. legal counsel, HR professional, business stakeholder)
- Identify gaps, oversights, or weak logic in AI-generated legal content
In simple terms: You’ll assess and improve AI-generated employment law and HR compliance content, ensuring it reflects sound legal reasoning, authentic compliance measures, and best practices. Rather than providing traditional legal consulting or HR advisory services, you’ll leverage your expertise to help AI systems deeply understand and reason about employment law at scale.
Who You Are
- A senior employment lawyer, HR compliance expert, policy advisor, or labor regulation specialist (EU/UK focus preferred)
- Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
- Several years of hands-on experience with employment law, workplace compliance, or HR documentation
- Strong evaluator of legal accuracy, risk, and enforceability in documents and scenarios
- Comfortable working independently and providing structured, actionable feedback
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
