Are you an insurance expert who wants to apply your expertise in a new way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current role or consulting work? We are looking for experienced insurance professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Review and refine AI generated responses related to insurance products, underwriting and risk assessment.
  • Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, regulatory alignment and commercial realism.
  • Draft complex insurance scenarios such as underwriting decisions, claims handling disputes, policy wording interpretation, reinsurance structuring or solvency considerations.
  • Create variations of the same scenario from different perspectives such as underwriter, broker, claims manager, actuary or regulator.
  • Identify weaknesses in risk logic, pricing assumptions, coverage interpretation or compliance reasoning.

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI generated content to ensure it reflects real world insurance practice, risk evaluation and regulatory standards. This is not policy administration or claims processing. Instead of working on individual cases, you will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about insurance at scale. Your input directly improves how AI performs on insurance, underwriting and risk related topics.

You Are

  • An insurance professional such as underwriter, actuary, claims expert, broker, risk manager or insurance executive.
  • Based in the EU or UK.
  • With several years of experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial analysis, risk modelling, compliance or insurance operations.
  • Experienced with regulatory frameworks and solvency requirements relevant to European markets.
  • Comfortable identifying flawed risk assessments, weak pricing logic or unrealistic coverage assumptions.
  • Available 8 to 20 hours per week.
  • Able to start in the coming weeks.

This role is fully remote and flexible. It works well alongside your existing professional commitments.

Why join

  • Flexible hours.

  • A short AI based interview.
  • A brief written evaluation focused on insurance and risk reasoning.
