At 10X Managers, we don't just develop leaders - we build catalysts for change. Our mission is to equip managers with the mindset, skills, and confidence to thrive in complexity and lead with impact. We're committed to delivering bold, practical, and transformative learning experiences that reshape how leaders think and act.
This is not a facilitation role. You won't be delivering off-the-shelf training. You won't be running workshops that exist to "develop skills" or "build capability." You're being embedded inside a client organisation to catalyse performance by solving the actual problems holding them back. Your managers won't see you as a trainer. They'll see you as the person who helps them fix what's broken. You're not there to teach. You're there to make action unavoidable.
The Reality: You won't be measuring success through smile sheets, engagement scores, or completion rates. You'll be embedded inside a client organisation as a catalyst for execution. We measure success in one thing only: Did the organisation's problems get solved?
This role is not for you if:
- You think success looks like positive feedback scores
- You measure impact through engagement or attendance
- You want to be the expert in the room
- You want a "deliver and disappear" role
What you'll actually do:
- Shape the Programme Scope: Interpret MSI data with stakeholders. Define the real problems. Co-design the roadmap. Translate organisational pain into Prime and Elevate journeys.
- Design Workshops in the Client's Language: Prime sessions that force clarity. Elevate sessions that unblock execution and sustain momentum.
- Deliver Workshops That Create Action: Align managers around a shared problem. Surface collective intelligence. Drive commitment, ownership, and accountability.
- Embed and Enforce Behaviour Change: Ensure PEPs are completed, actioned, and supported through LeadersLab. Design cadence, accountability, and follow-through.
- Iterate With Stakeholders: Gather feedback after every touchpoint. Spot patterns fast. Adjust in real time. Build board-ready evidence of impact.
- Prove the ROI: Track movement, behaviour change, and execution progress. We don't measure learning. We measure movement.
What Makes You Effective:
- Client-embedded, not client-facing
- Execution-obsessed, not engagement-led
- Problem-focused, not process-attached
- Facilitative, not performative
- Co-creative with stakeholders, not transactional
What Sets You Apart:
- You challenge clients when something won't work
- You iterate fast and adapt in real time
- You care about organisational outcomes, not just individual development
- You're evidence-driven, not anecdote-led
- You thrive being inside the system, not observing it
Why Join 10X Managers? Be part of a bold and ambitious team redefining leadership development. Work with a diverse mix of industries and leaders, creating meaningful impact. Opportunities for continuous learning and development. A culture that values creativity, challenge, adventure, and teamwork. Flexible working options and the chance to shape your role and career.
