The Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our London office and cover the wider European market on a hybrid basis.
Complementing our existing client services team, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor from first conversation through long-term partnership.
You will build out relationships across a wide range of industries including healthcare, energy and telecommunications, among others identifying opportunities where 10Pearls can add value and ensuring we consistently deliver against client expectations.
Success in this role is measured by the strength of the relationships you build, the growth of your accounts and the value clients realise from working with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client relationships across Europe, serving as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor to client stakeholders up to C‑suite level.
- Develop new business by identifying, qualifying and winning opportunities with new and existing clients across healthcare, energy, telecommunications and other industries.
- Partner closely with the existing client services, delivery and practice teams to shape solutions, scope engagements and ensure clients realise clear, measurable value.
- Lead account planning and commercial strategy, setting growth targets, building pipeline and forecasting revenue for your accounts.
- Act as an escalation point and advocate for your clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction remain consistently high.
- Negotiate commercial terms, statements of work and contract renewals in collaboration with leadership.
- Represent 10Pearls in the market, building a strong personal and company network across the European technology and industry community.
Skills & Experience
- Substantial experience (3‑5yrs+) in a client partner, account director or senior business development role within a technology services, consulting or digital agency environment.
- A demonstrable track record of growing multi‑million‑pound/euro client relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative selling style, with the credibility to engage senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
- Working knowledge of software product development, digital transformation and emerging technologies such as data, AI and cloud.
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating across multiple industries and markets, adapting your approach to different client contexts.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as required to build and maintain client relationships.
Desirable
- Established client network within healthcare, energy or telecommunications in the European market.
- Experience selling and delivering nearshore or global delivery models.
- Additional European languages.
