Are you a client-facing technology consultant who can both design and build solutions?
We're partnering with a growing technology consultancy that helps organisations transform their operations through business process optimisation, AI, workflow automation and systems integration.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant who combines strong commercial understanding with genuine hands‑on technical expertise.
This isn't a traditional project management or implementation coordination role.
We need someone who can walk into a business, understand its challenges, challenge existing processes, design the right solution and then personally build and deliver it.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of client engagements from initial discovery through to successful technical delivery, working with businesses across a range of industries.
You’ll be responsible for understanding how organisations operate, identifying inefficiencies and designing sophisticated solutions using platforms such as monday.com, alongside automation, integration and AI technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client discovery workshops to understand business objectives, operational challenges and existing processes.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and confidently advising clients on opportunities for improvement.
- Challenging requirements, identifying underlying business needs and recommending practical solutions.
- Mapping existing processes and designing improved workflows and operating models.
- Independently configuring and implementing digital solutions, including workflows, dashboards and automations.
- Building and delivering integrations between different systems and technology platforms.
- Exploring and implementing AI-driven solutions and intelligent automations where appropriate.
- Managing complex implementation projects from initial scoping through testing, training and go-live.
- Troubleshooting technical challenges and taking ownership of solution quality.
- Acting as a trusted consultant throughout the client relationship.
We're looking for someone who can genuinely combine business consulting with technical implementation.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience in implementation consulting, solutions consulting, technical business analysis, business systems consulting or a similar client‑facing role.
- Strong experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements and translating business challenges into practical solutions.
- Demonstrable hands‑on experience building and configuring software solutions, workflows and automations.
- Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms, SaaS systems, integrations or business process automation.
- The ability to independently own complex client projects from initial discussions through to successful delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how different businesses operate.
- Experience working directly with UK‑based businesses and stakeholders.
- A proactive, curious mindset and genuine enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
Particularly Interesting Experience
We'd be keen to hear from candidates with hands‑on experience in one or more of the following:
- monday.com — solution configuration, workflows, dashboards and automations.
- Automation platforms — Make, Zapier, n8n or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Integrations — APIs, webhooks and connecting business systems.
- AI solutions — AI agents, Claude, LLM‑powered workflows or intelligent process automation.
- Business systems — CRM, ERP, project management or operational workflow platforms.
- Technical delivery — solution architecture, configuration, testing and implementation.
Direct monday.com experience would be a significant advantage, but we’re also interested in consultants who have independently built sophisticated solutions using comparable technologies.
