You don't need years of implementation experience. We're looking for someone with strong potential, excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for solving real-world business problems using technology.
The Role
As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to understand client challenges, analyse business processes and help design and build practical technology solutions.
You'll gain exposure to workflow automation, AI tools, integrations and leading work management platforms, including monday.com.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with clients to understand how their businesses operate and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting discovery sessions, requirements gathering and business process mapping.
- Helping design, configure and implement digital workflows, automations and dashboards.
- Learning to build solutions using monday.com and other low-code/no-code platforms.
- Exploring how AI, integrations and automation can streamline business operations.
- Supporting testing, user training and the successful rollout of client solutions.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Developing your technical and consulting skills through hands-on project experience.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate, early-career professional or someone with relevant experience looking to move into technology consulting.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity and problem-solving ability.
- A genuine interest in understanding business operations and improving processes.
- Good technical aptitude and enthusiasm for learning new software and technologies.
- An interest in AI, workflow automation, data and digital transformation.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to take ownership and desire to learn.
Experience with tools such as monday.com, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, SQL or similar platforms would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
We're particularly interested in candidates who have built something themselves, whether through professional experience, university projects, personal projects or independent learning.
