The Mission
As our marketing lead, you will be the architect of our digital growth. You’ll oversee a fast-moving B2B software ecosystem, ensuring our message resonates from London to New Zealand.
Your key priorities:
- Command the Strategy: Lead our SEO, AEO, and SEM efforts to ensure 10Duke dominates the digital landscape.
- Empower the Team: Direct and mentor our marketing managers and design team (2–5 people), turning strategy into high-performance output.
- Optimize Everything: From website UX to conversion funnels, you’ll use GA4 and performance data to turn traffic into MQLs and SQLs.
- Nurture the Base: Craft compelling communications that keep our existing customers engaged and excited.
- Report to the Top: Manage the marketing budget and work directly with the Executive Team to hit aggressive growth targets.
