The purpose of the Showroom Sales Consultant is to manage the daily operations of a Retail store, ensuring high levels of customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and maintaining a well-presented and safe retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, staffing, inventory, and customer service.
* Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
* Ensure accurate stock control, ordering, and display of carpet and flooring products.
* Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally and effectively.
* Monitor store budgets and control costs.
* Implement and maintain store merchandising standards and cleanliness.
* Ensure health & safety and legal compliance at all times.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
Experience
* Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, ideally in a carpet, flooring, or home improvement environment.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Experience handling customer service issues and delivering solutions.
