We make room for what matters - so you can bring your best, every day.

The role:

  • Identify the underlying question(s) behind these analyses and make a recommendation for how to deliver true insights.
  • Develop and deliver key in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Interpret the findings and translate them into easy-to-understand, actionable insights for a general business audience.
  • Connect data insights with the organization's business strategies and provide recommendations for workforce improvements.
  • Establish and maintain a People Analytics operating rhythm including KPI reporting outputs, presentations, scheduled reports, etc.
  • Design and deliver end-user training and training materials as needed, providing technical and data support as necessary supporting our analytics platforms (Visier, OrgVue, Peakon and Oracle HCM Cloud).

  • Experience using cloud People Analytics systems, in particular Visier and OrgVue, colleague listening tools such as Peakon, as well as cloud core HR systems (Oracle HCM Cloud is preferred).
