We champion the belief that everyone’s journey to and through retirement can be better, and for more than 200 years, we’ve been helping our customers plan and prepare for their financial futures. Life today is increasingly complicated, uncertain and unpredictable. People move through different careers, face unexpected moments and navigate important choices. We offer our colleagues flexibility, trust and benefits that work for whatever life brings. In return we expect curiosity, connection, accountability and high standards. We make room for what matters - so you can bring your best, every day.
The role: You will join our Enhanced Services Change Team, leading the people and operational change required to deliver new telephony capabilities across a cross-functional organisation. You’ll ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality, while shaping and implementing an effective change and adoption approach. You’ll build strong relationships across the business, including Operations, Technology, Communications, and Training, to ensure the new capabilities are successfully embedded, adopted, and sustained. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end change and business readiness approach for the rollout of new telephony capabilities including scoping projects and defining objectives, deliverables, and success measures including producing clear, high-quality documentation (plans, risks, actions, decisions) along with managing stakeholders and keeping sponsors informed throughout the project. Operate within governance frameworks to track risks and issues plus applying and sharing change management tools and best practices along with leading or supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will also drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual, using agreed measures and feedback to confirm the change is embedded effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience leading people-focused technology-enabled change, involving the delivery and adoption of new telephony capabilities.
- Strong track record of embedding change across multiple functions, including stakeholder alignment, training, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills along with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and guide diverse teams.
- Ability to work closely with technical and operational teams, constructively challenge delivery plans and keep customer and colleague outcomes at the centre of decision-making.
- Ideally have APMG Change Management or similar qualification (Agile, PRINCE2, Lean) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
We want to hire the whole version of you. We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you. If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.
