Standard Life is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to join the People Analytics & Insights team to provide data-driven insights on colleagues and culture. The role collaborates with the Head of People Analytics & Insights and a small team to deliver strategic analyses that inform decisions across the business.

You will work with Visier, OrgVue, Peakon and Oracle HCM Cloud, and play a key role in educating the wider People Function to become increasingly data-driven while maintaining a focus.
