Standard Life is seeking an ER Wellbeing Manager to lead the Colleague Experience & HR Operations team. This permanent, hybrid role includes quarterly travel to Edinburgh and Birmingham, overseeing employee relations and wellbeing, and driving proactive, insight-led outcomes to improve colleague experience.
The successful candidate will manage ER operations, build strong stakeholder relationships and embed our wellbeing strategy while maintaining high service standards.
