.NET Developer | Nottingham (3 days in the office) | £40–55k

Most dev roles say you’ll “build impactful products.” Then you join and spend your time tweaking forms and fixing edge-case bugs. This isn’t that. You’ll be building brand new tools used by lawyers day to day - not just improving what’s there, but rethinking how work actually gets done. A big part of that is AI. Not slide decks. Not theory. Actual, practical use. Think:

  • Automating time-heavy legal processes
  • Reducing manual admin
  • Building smarter workflows that genuinely save people hours

You won’t be sat away from it either. You’ll speak to the people using what you build. Understand the problems properly. Then go and solve them. End to end.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building full-stack features using .NET and React
  • Taking ideas from “this is painful” → “this actually works”
  • Working closely with users to shape what gets built
  • Using AI as part of your day-to-day dev workflow
  • Having a genuine say in how things are done

This will suit you if:

  • You enjoy backend work but still like building decent front ends
  • You want ownership, not tickets handed down from above
  • You like solving real problems, not just shipping code
  • You’re curious about AI and want to actually use it

The extras:

  • 8% pension (not matched, just paid)
  • Private healthcare
  • ÂŁ50/month gym allowance
  • Support towards buying a home after 12 months (can mean up to a 20% salary increase)

If you’re open to something where you actually build things that change how people work… Drop me a message or apply.
