Business Development Manager | Northampton (3 days a week) | £40–45k + commission

Let’s be honest… You’re probably full of ideas on how to win new business… but your current place wants you to stick to the same tired playbook. Cold calls. Same emails. Same sequences. And you’re sat there thinking “there’s a better way to do this.” This role is built for that person.

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for a growing CRM software business in Northampton. But here’s the key thing… we’re not looking for someone to follow a script.
