  • Analyse market developments and external trends to help shape BD priorities, initiatives and growth opportunities across Private Equity.
  • Support the effective use of MarTech, data infrastructure, global processes and shared services to deliver proactive, targeted insights and efficient BD activity.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven business development experience within Private Equity, ideally gained within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Private Equity market, including relevant transactions, fund formation, portfolio companies and wider market trends.
  • Experience supporting the development and delivery of BD strategies, with the ability to identify growth, client development and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience using market intelligence, data and technology to identify opportunities and inform BD activity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and colleagues across global teams and functions.
  • Experience contributing to pitches, proposals and client‑facing materials, alongside an understanding of global professional services processes and shared service models.
