Are you a great teammate, passionate about making a difference and reaching children through learning and play? Our Social Responsibility (SR) Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to bring the LEGO brand vision and mission to life, creating impact for LEGO employees and children in local communities. The role is based in our London HUB located at 8-10 New Fetter Lane. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office, 2 days home per week.

Core Responsibilities

  • Volunteer Strategy, delivery and Partnerships – develop and deliver a diverse range of volunteer activities and events that engage employees’ skills, interests and passions; support the Social Responsibility Manager in delivering community partnerships and global initiative activations; serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding volunteer programs; build internal advocates for volunteering across the LEGO Group; ensure alignment with Health & Safety and Safeguarding guidelines; strategise, coordinate and deliver all elements related to the UK Play Agent programme.
  • Communications, Events & Engagement – lead all volunteer‑related communications, both promotional and logistical; plan and coordinate special events such as World Play Day and Community Impact Month; own budgets, governance and communications, keeping Learning through Play central and partners aligned.
  • Administration, Logistics & Reporting – coordinate volunteer planning, registration and reporting activities; coordinate product donations as part of the Build to Give programme; ensure adherence to reporting standards for internal processes and external audits; provide ongoing support for the EMEA Social Responsibility team, including product donations and Play Agent logistics.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Professional experience in Social Responsibility and employee engagement.
  • Dedication to the hybrid working policy of 3 days per week in the London office, 2 days from home.
  • Proven curiosity about social impact and social responsibility.
  • Passion for working with children and learning through play.
  • Confidence in crafting and facilitating experiences for children.
  • Playful attitude toward teamwork, problem‑solving and partner collaboration.
  • Experience in both small and large‑scale event management.
