That’s what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. You’ll see to that. Because you’ll share the creativity and imagination that brings them to us. And you’ll be part of the reason they come back – time and again.

What will I do? Let’s start with the basics: you’ll make sure our customers get everything they expect from their visit. A warm welcome, great product insights, and a store environment that shows them our belief that nothing, but the best will do.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%).
  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.

  • Passion, energy, and a sincere dedication to engage with minds that are hungry to learn.
  • Great communication skills to connect effectively with team members and guests of all ages.
  • Knowing your way around a retail environment is a big plus, but we are ready to invest in your training if you have the right attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, to support the team when the business needs it most.
