Are you ready to create the ultimate guest experience while inspiring the builders of tomorrow? Just imagine a retail role that was about creating an experience. Not just selling a product. That’s what working in a LEGO® Store is all about. If our customers aren’t fans when they arrive, they will be by the time they leave. • Guiding sales associates on the floor, providing clear direction and guidance as required.
  • Maintaining a well‑organised stockroom and an attractively merchandised sales floor according to global standards.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the store management team and sales associate colleagues to ensure everything runs like clockwork. In back‑office administration you’ll cover holiday, attendance and team scheduling, office supplies and stock control. On the sales floor, you’ll provide insights and advice on LEGO policy and ensure the store is always safe and well‑presented. Everything is a chance to create a memory and leave a lasting impression.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experienced retail professional comfortable contributing to the smooth running of a store.
