We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain partner relationships with one of our top eCommerce accounts. We will encourage creativity to present innovative solutions with a test and learn mentality; and in return will look for a balance between excellent execution of priorities with a strategic approach to ensure sustainable consumer sales growth. This role reports to the UKI Head of eCommerce. This is a collaborative, and highly successful team empowered to be creative, drive performance and prioritise personal development. Core Responsibilities

  • Business ownership – full accountability for end‑to‑end account management of a large department store account across the UK & Ireland, including short‑ and long‑term business planning, strong financial management, and execution of commercial priorities.
  • Build relationships across internal and external partners (Brand Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, Operations) and implement specific retailer plans and support company initiatives.
  • Lead external dialogue of investments via annual joint business plans, contract negotiation and day‑to‑day discussions that ensure a strong return on investment.
  • Own and drive a structured individual development plan mapping priority proficiencies in emerging market and functional trends.
  • Play your part in the team’s success.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding account management capabilities and proven track record of results delivery, preferably with UK&I eCommerce market exposure.
  • Commercial experience in sales or a related commercial function.
  • Consistent record of strong business results and high accountability.
  • Ability to convince others backed by relevant data and a strong analytical approach.
  • Balance of short‑term results focus and long‑term strategic work.
  • Effective relationship‑building skills with a collaborative approach to partners.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple partners.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work 3 days from our office in Slough (2 days from home).
