Job Description

The LEGO Group reaches millions of underserved children around the globe through our growing Social Responsibility programmes. Our team is further stepping up its focus on delivering impact and quality programming to children.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, roll-out and evaluation of a Social Responsibility (SR) Impact and MEL framework, including a Theory of Change, ensuring a shared understanding of the impact we aim to achieve, a consistent approach to how we measure and learn across SR.
  • Ensure we build a culture of learning to inform decision-making, programme design and strategy development.
  • Build capacity and capability of colleagues in the SR structure and with key partners.
  • Develop and support in rolling-out an impact framework for our wider social strategy that we are currently developing in close collaboration with colleagues across the company.
  • This will be done in close dialogue and collaboration with LEGO Foundation, and draw on insights and experience from other teams, to ensure aligned approach and building on takeaways across the LEGO Group.
  • Contribute to and run other strategic and operational initiatives and deliverables across SR, working closely with SR Leadership Team towards and in line with our strategy.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience or similar background in relevant field.
  • Extensive expertise in designing and managing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and building organisational capabilities, including in quantitative, qualitative and participatory approaches; planning, design, implementation of MEL systems for large, multi-stakeholder projects; excellent analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience with building organisational capacity and capability – devising and delivering training in MEL development and implementation and/or facilitating learning oriented analysis sessions of MEL data.
  • Exceptional ability to drive processes with multiple partners, managing ambiguity but keeping focused on goals.
