Internship Overview

Commitment: Full‑time or part‑time.

This paid internship focuses on early‑stage ideation, concept development, prototyping, and cross‑functional collaboration within the Play Discovery department.

Responsibilities

  • Support teams in facilitating ideation sessions.
  • Turn sparks into visualisations and concepts.
  • Explore your own ideation and creative exploration directions.
  • Challenge teams to think outside the norm and broaden their horizons.
  • Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Academic status: current student or 2026 graduate.
  • Right to work in the UK for the full internship period.
  • Experience or interest in at least one of the following: sketching/ concept artwork, graphic design, facilitation, LEGO® model building, animation, videography/editing, artistic hobbies (music, art, dance, design, fashion), cultural awareness.
  • Curiosity, bravery, focus.
