Are you a versatile influencer strategist with experience working in EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) markets looking to deliver outstanding creative output? We’re looking for a strategist to join the London Hub team of Our LEGO Agency (the internal creative agency at the LEGO Group), with hands-on experience connecting creators and brands to help define a role for influencer across several different audiences. You’ll work with our Global Influencer team to apply influencer strategies within a local context, and drive cohesion across EMEA markets.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with the global influencer team to define overall influencer strategy, incorporating local nuances and priorities.
- Support the development of local influencer strategies, ensuring they are complimentary to the global approach.
- Govern the influencer database within the region, prioritising long-term relationship building.
- Collaborate with teams across Our LEGO Agency and the LEGO Group to implement local and global creator campaigns.
- Act as a custodian of Influencer as a channel throughout the business and with key stakeholders.
- Drive our Creative Effectiveness strategy within the Influencer field.
- Coordinate external partners regionally to implement global influencer projects on our behalf.

Our work with social media creators, and other influencers, strives to empower individuals to create new and exciting experiences for their own audiences and communities. This role sits in the London hub of Our LEGO Agency and is one of the representatives for Influencer as a channel in the LEGO Group. It will work across several projects, where the role for Influencer may be key, or may be small and therefore output can vary between very light consultation to protect the channel, to significant regional or local strategies.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in influencer marketing, or social media marketing (with an interest in influencer).
- Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple markets.
- A knowledge of talent and influencer contract must haves, as well as Advertising Disclosure Standards in multiple markets.
- Experience briefing and working with external agency partners.
- Experience using Influencer Management/Database Tools.
- Has a passion for measurement and effectiveness.
