Job Responsibilities
- Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or a high school diploma/GED with at least nine years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum five years of professional‑level experience in a relevant field.
Skills & Abilities
- Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline or field.
- Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view.
- Strong problem‑solving and risk‑management skills.
