Full job description 101 Ways are a London-based digital transformation consultancy with a proven track record of delivering high value and complex software development for enterprise businesses. Engineering quality and speed to value are the DNA of the business, true to the founding values of quality, simplicity and collaboration. With private equity investment in 2023, and a new CEO joining the business in August 2024, we are at the start of a journey to redefine who we are, and articulate that to the market in a meaningful and impactful way. Growing and maintaining our existing accounts will be pivotal to ensuring the business achieves its commercial ambitions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Out-of-the-Box Solutions for Engineering Teams: Authentication: Build-in security features that simplify and automate authentication processes. Testing Templates: Provide pre-configured performance, unit, and integration test templates to ensure robust and reliable APIs. Observability: Integrate monitoring and logging tools for effortless visibility into API performance and health. CI/CD Integration: Implement automated pipelines for code validation, building, and deployment. GitHub Repo Setup: Create new repositories pre-configured with all essential functionalities, reducing manual reviews and approvals. Micronaut Templates: Develop templates for quickly spinning up new Micronaut environments, complete with health endpoints, standard libraries, and customizable features. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate across teams, ensuring smooth integration of solutions into the organization’s workflows. Take initiative and proactively lead projects, setting direction and making key decisions without waiting for external prompts.
