We seek a Research Fellow with a PhD or near completion in Food Science or related fields to drive plant protein characterisation, in vitro digestion and nutritional assessment of plant-derived ingredients.
You will collaborate across crop production, processing and feed formulation work packages, with opportunities for in vivo validation at the National Pig Centre.
