Role Overview
We are looking for a Creative Producer who will be responsible for managing the production cycle for creator-led campaigns, ensuring that creative and operational aspects are streamlined and aligned with the project vision. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creative collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate with content creators for various campaigns.
- Support in generating creative ideas and content concepts.
- Manage and supervise the entire production process: from pre‑production (scripting) to post‑production (editing and publishing).
- Maintain clear communication and direction within the team to align everyone with the project’s vision.
- Review and evaluate scripts; provide constructive feedback.
- Review rough cuts and final edits; give clear feedback to editors for improvements.
- Conduct regular internal team meetings and production reviews.
- Host meetings and maintain professional communication with clients and content subjects.
