We are looking for a Freelance LAC Spanish-speaking Community Manager to join our London Community team virtually. This is a part-time role, working 1.5 days per month, to begin with.
The 1000heads Community team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, driven by the desire to deliver kick‑ass editorial and social conversation to some of the world’s most impressive brands. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Insights to Design to Strategy to deliver transformational social‑first work for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cultivating online conversation through quality‑led moderation
- Crafting and activating the editorial vision for our clients
- Providing translation and content for the LAC market for our global alcohol industry – B2B client
- Leading the charge on global social channels with social editorial planning and publishing
- Engaging with the community on a 1‑2‑1 basis
- Developing bold and exciting ways to activate influencers
- Planning and creating social content strategies and editorial calendars
- Working directly with our Design team and Ideation team to develop creative concepts and design briefs
- Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with a brand’s audience
Requirements:
- An understanding of social media and its impact on brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in LAC Spanish and English
- An eye for creative content: both written and visual
- The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye on the finer details
- Proficiency in using a wide variety of social platforms and tools
- Agency experience working with social media
- The ability to think creatively, strategically, and intelligently
Nice to have:
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a bonus.
