We are looking for talented freelance Insight Managers to support our Insight team in London.

There will be a number of projects in 2024 for which we are looking to establish a retained freelance partnership with remote Insight freelancers.

The Insight team at 1000heads is a dynamic, data-driven group responsible for exploring online consumer behavior, understanding brand perception, and extracting compelling stories from data. With advanced analytics tools, the team crafts performance reports, proposals, and strategic audits for global brands, collaborating with specialists across departments like Community, Paid Media, and Strategy. Our work includes designing data visualizations, updating clients on audience behaviors, and turning social listening into cultural insights. The team also conducts bespoke research projects to help clients understand their audience, brand, and category.

Role

Our Insight Team answers key questions starting with WHY. If you are naturally curious and determined to uncover facts, you’ll fit right in. The team is integrated within account groups, providing data-driven insights at crucial stages such as:

· Strategic planning

· KPI setting and targeting

The team also works on bespoke research projects to deepen understanding of audiences and brands.

Responsibilities

Answering briefs: Collaborate with account leads to define and refine client briefs, creating tailored insight and measurement solutions.

Methodology development: Develop and implement research and measurement methodologies, ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects.

Data collection and analysis: Use diverse data sources, including social listening tools, native platform analytics, and third-party research, to analyze data.

Report production: Produce and present reports that interpret data, offer insights, and inspire action.
