We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing Finance Team in London, reporting to the Management Accountant. The role is part of a global team made up of people from Berlin, Paris, New York, LA, Miami, Sydney, Melbourne, and Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Sales ledger
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with purchase ledger
  • Supplier payments preparation
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Staff expense processing
  • Bank management (including bank reconciliations)
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Assisting with VAT (and equivalents in other countries)
  • Any other duties as requested by the group financial controller/group management accountant to support the finance function

Qualifications

  • Strong finance background with experience of all the above
  • Knowledge of processing foreign exchange transactions
  • Good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience of using accounting and payroll systems such as Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
