How it looks:
- You’ll be part of a local and global community of travel agents just like you.
- Work remotely from anywhere in the world and manage your time and schedule in alignment with your personal goals, commitments and lifestyle choices.
- Provide high touch personalised service to your customers:
- Own and service your customer travel booking in line with their travel policy and maintain customer relationships / customer retention.
- Maintain financial invoicing, back office, and monitor client payment where applicable.
What you need:
- Passion and drive to run your own business.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems: for example GDS platforms.
- Sales and marketing skills are a Plus, but not essential.
- Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
- Personal travel experience is an advantage.
- Experience in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant sector of travel.
