The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This role will service multiple accounts reporting to the Ideation Director. Working across all areas of the agency, from the creation of social editorial to answering large scale campaign briefs, Ideators will help to inspire the conceptual process ensuring creativity is constantly fuelled. They will be plugged into the latest digital technologies and developments in social and able to inject this knowledge into ideas that are relevant to the client and the brief. Ideators will push all function representatives within account teams to innovate and think differently. They will be expert storytellers, able to translate ideas into compelling presentations for clients. They will plug into different accounts within their allocated HUBs ensuring fresh thinking on every brief.

Responsibilities

  • Help to create, pitch in and deliver award-winning ideas
  • Increase the creativity across the agency, progressing the methods we regularly use to generate ideas
  • Experiment with and improve the methods that we use to communicate and deliver proposals to clients
  • Secure substantial revenue growth on each account you work on by proactively developing and pitching in fresh and bold ideas
  • Win new clients for the agency (collectively worth over £800K annually) acting as an integral part of the pitch team
  • Generate PR for 1000heads by incorporating new technology and platforms into our work – ensuring the agency is innovative and newsworthy

  • Contextually aware: Ideators will be on the absolute edge of social and digital technology, following the constant progression and development in this space – they will be ‘the first to know’ in the agency and will want to empower others with the latest news. They will also be tuned into the different topical trends and memes that develop online. This awareness will constantly fuel their imagination.
  • Inspirational: Ideators will not ‘own’ idea generation at 1000heads, they are responsible for energising creativity and facilitating the creation of stunning ideas within a team. Therefore, they will be able to inspire those around them to think differently and bravely, fostering creative energy that is positive and adventurous.
  • An amazing storyteller: Able to grasp the high level vision for an idea, Ideators are able to take the core of an idea and craft it into a compelling and detailed concept. This will entail creative writing, visualisation, script-writing and good old power-point creation. A solid grasp of the marketing mix and a strategic approach to communications planning is crucial to keep the creativity focussed. During this process Ideators will work with those around them to co-create the final proposal that is delivered to our clients.
  • Articulate and charismatic: Ideators will help teams to present and verbally bring to life our ideas and proposals, reassuring and building relationships with our clients. Gifted with a natural confidence and able to hold the attention of their audience. They will be the personification of the creative aspiration and collaborative spirit of the agency.
