We work closely with big names in the games industry, and are a go-to space for new title launches, community meet ups, and ice breaking dates. Loading Brighton is located on Brighton beach by the Palace Pier, greeting the most diverse public, from game industry professionals to local nerds, families and seasonal tourists.

Job Description

We're looking for confident chefs experienced in small kitchen operations. You will be working with our games inspired burger based menu and reporting to the Head chef. The job is part time going to full time during busy periods. Weekend availability is a must.

An ideal person is:

  • Passionate about food and games (in that order)
  • Can execute a recipe to the letter, and be creative within the strict guidelines
  • Enjoy working on their own
  • Ready to learn on the go and embrace changes

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working in a small commercial kitchen
  • Food safety
