We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will assist the Head Chef in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Kitchen through creative flair and passion, and preparing and serving high-quality breakfast to create memorable experiences for our guests. Your key duties will include:
- The preparation and proper garnishing of food orders as they are received in accordance with recipes and proper plate presentation.
- Setting up the breakfast section, ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted demand, while adhering to the standards of preparation, recipes, and presentation at all times.
As well as having previous experience in a similar role, we look for a Senior Chef de Partie to be a strong team player, have strong attention to detail, and an absolute commitment to the craft. You'll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, you'll have a good command of the English language.
