Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Basingstoke £40,000 + Commission Basingstoke - Hybrid | Full-Time | Excellent Progression

This is a pure pipeline generation role—no quoting, no closing. Your mission is simple: identify, qualify, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pipeline Creation
    • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and campaign follow-up
    • Build targeted prospect lists across private sector and education markets
    • Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations
  • Qualification
    • Uncover need, commercial fit, and stakeholder engagement
    • Validate timing and organisational suitability
    • Book qualified meetings for Account Managers
    • Maintain accurate CRM records (Dynamics)
  • Campaign Collaboration
    • Work with Marketing and Sales Leadership to:
    • Develop outreach campaigns

    • Analyse engagement data to refine approach
