The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Review, interpret, and advise on commercial contracts, Ts & Cs, and legal documentation
- Apply contract and legislative requirements in a practical, business-focused way
- Support contract negotiation and risk management with internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance on governance, compliance, and corporate obligations
- Maintain statutory records and support company secretarial responsibilities
- Oversee company insurance renewals and related annual reviews
- Contribute to broader commercial and governance matters as required
About You
- Experience in a commercial, legal, contracts, or governance-focused role
- Strong understanding of contracts, legislation, and commercial risk
- Pragmatic, level-headed, and able to balance legal detail with business reality
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and directors
- Background in legal, financial services, insurance, or regulated environments beneficial
- Company secretarial experience desirable, but not essential
- No formal qualifications required; experience and judgement matter most.
