We're looking for a dynamic BDM to take the lead on acquiring new clients across Central and Local Government. You'll be the driving force behind business growth, collaborating closely with technical experts, service delivery teams, and marketing to craft targeted campaigns and strategic account development plans.
This is a role for someone who thrives on the challenge of building new relationships, opening doors through cold and warm outreach, writing compelling proposals, and steering the entire sales process from first contact through to close. While initial conversations may start around End User Compute products, your real mission is to showcase the broader value of our end-to-end IT solutions portfolio.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Generating and nurturing leads from scratch
- Identifying new opportunities within the Public Sector landscape
- Creating tailored proposals and presenting impactful solutions
- Driving the full sales cycle: pitch, quote, negotiate, and close
- Working both independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive Government team
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in IT solutions/services sales - ideally within the Public Sector
- Confident with both cold and warm prospecting techniques
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar)
- Knowledge of Central & Local Government Procurement Frameworks
- A proactive, curious mindset - and a genuine passion for both sales and tech
