This is a strategic, hands-on role where youll shape standards, design automation solutions, and drive adoption across the business. It will lead to a more governance role as you achieve your initial automation objectives. The Role Youll lead the development of the organisations automation function, working across multiple business units to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, consistency and service quality. Key responsibilities include: Establishing automation standards, governance and best practice Identifying automation opportunities and prioritising delivery initiatives Designing and delivering workflow automation solutions using n8n Developing reusable automation patterns, tooling and frameworks Ensuring solutions are secure, supportable and aligned to operational needs Working with stakeholders to embed automation into day-to-day operations Measuring and communicating the value delivered through automation Evaluating emerging automation technologies and advising leadership There will be a Business Analysis side to this position which will require you to visit stakeholders and departments at different offices and so you should be willing to travel as and when required.
