Who are we looking for?

As Project Controller, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. You will contribute to the project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand the project set up including project scope, timelines, resources and outcome
  • Manage supplier purchase orders and keep project cost trackers up to date
  • Coordinate transport with clients, partners and subcontractors
  • Support inventory from arrival to dispatch and returns
  • Organise and Coordinate key project materials including; training guides, briefs, booking in forms
  • Set up and maintain all project systems (Including; Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft)
  • Help to identify risks early and solve any issues promptly
  • Support with quality control to ensure it aligns with the project brief and requirements
  • Communicate project progress, milestones and any challenges clearly
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and with external partners

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Experience working in an administrative role
  • Previous experience using project management systems (Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft) preferred
  • GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management preferred
