Contract: Full time, fixed term – 6 months (half‑year) and 12 months (full year) contracts.

Team: UK Shared Services Office.

Location: 7th Floor, Saville House, 74-90 Savile Street, Sheffield S4 7UD, United Kingdom.

Role: Immigration Coordinator – provide administrative support to UK Inbound Associates and Paralegal staff, and handle various immigration processes and tasks, but is not a client‑facing or case‑working role.

Responsibilities

  • Draft initial emails/letters of advice using templates.
  • Draft and submit online visa application forms (Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Indefinite Leave to Remain, etc.).
  • Pay for applications and additional services.
  • Book and re‑schedule appointments online at the Visa Application Centre.
  • Maintain and update case management records accurately.
  • Prepare immigration compliance packs for clients.
  • Draft and submit Certificates of Sponsorship on the Home Office’s SMS system.
  • Manage dropboxes – answer queries from clients, assignees, and case workers.
  • Take on additional projects with tight deadlines as required.
  • Provide support and training to new employees once experienced.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc administrative functions as needed.

  • Strong administrative and data entry skills – demonstrated through work experience or education.
  • Attention to detail, time‑management and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, accurately and in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional planning and time‑management with ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision.
  • Ensure completed work is accurate, high‑quality and follows standard layouts.

  • Proficiency in Word processing, Internet, and email systems.
