The Role: The Immigration Coordinator helps to provide exceptional levels of business support to a wide range of clients by supporting Fragomen’s offices in an administrative capacity. They are exposed to a full range of immigration processes and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting immigration applications
- Maintaining Fragomen’s database and ensuring client folders are up to date
- Saving and uploading case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
- Book appointments and checking appointment availability
- Participating in case audits and closing cases
- Taking on any additional projects as required
Team: The Fragomen Consular Practice team provides consular and substantive US immigration assistance matters either as stand‑alone services or part of a larger immigration application process. This team’s approach is designed to maximise efficiencies, ensure ownership of work and to empower team members to design work practices to meet the expectations of their clients.
Essential Criteria:
- Strong administrative and data entry skills from previous work experience or educational background
- Comfortable working in a team with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in written communication with government authorities
- Exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proactive and able to act under instruction with limited supervision
- Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines and priorities
- Ensures work completed is accurate, to a high quality and follows standard layouts
- Experience of completing tasks within agreed timeframes and in line with expectations
- Ability to work towards and complete workload in line with set targets
- Proficiency in word processing, Internet, and email systems
