Full-time, permanent contract – UK Inbound Office, 1st Floor, 95 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NA. The role involves working directly with a broad range of corporate clients, from large international corporations to SMEs, across multiple sectors. You will provide strategic immigration advice, prepare and submit visa applications, advise on UK immigration matters, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact on client accounts, providing legal and strategic advice with senior support as needed.
  • Manage and develop client relationships, with assistance from managers.
  • Conduct legal research as required.
  • Maintain a full caseload in an organised and efficient manner while meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in client reviews, prepare reports, meetings, presentations, and training.
  • Provide leadership and training to junior colleagues.
  • Prepare billing/WIP reports.

Team

The UK Inbound team includes experienced Senior Associates, Associates, Senior Consultants and Consultants. You will work with seasoned immigration professionals and have exposure to Senior Partners.

Qualifications

  • UK inbound immigration experience; likely a UK qualified Solicitor but not necessarily.
  • Confident advising client stakeholders and developing business.
  • Experience on corporate immigration matters, especially sponsorship work visas.
  • Proactive, highly organised with a strong client-facing background.
  • Strong technical capabilities, accuracy, attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience and strong commercial acumen.
  • Positive outlook and solutions-driven focus.
