We are a worldwide training and consultancy company, looking for a full time / Freelance Master Black Belt to join our team. Since 1999 we have been delivering high quality training and consultancy all over the world. Based in the UK we are now a virtual company with all members of our team working remotely. We offer training and support via classroom in company training, virtual public and in company courses and eLearning. Our courses also include coaching and support which is delivered both virtually and face to face as required by our clients. We pride ourselves in our practical common sense approach to business improvement. Lean Six Sigma and Lean training and consultancy are our key product offering up to and including Master Black Belt certification.
100% Effective also offer improvement Apprenticeships to Level 6 as well as elearning development and support for clients. The company is seeking to expand its consultants both on a full time and associate basis.
The Role
The successful candidate will be expected to
· Deliver training courses in Lean and Six Sigma to Black Belt level as well as general business improvement training. The training will be delivered as both public and in-house training both virtually and face to face anywhere in the world.
· Provide one to one coaching via zoom and face to face for a diverse client base. To any function and level in a business following a structured approach.
· Support the delivery of the curriculum for Level 3 to 6 improvement apprenticeships acting as a trainer and coach for each apprentice.
· Develop and suggest improvements to all aspects of the business
· Act as a team player and support the business with various marketing, sales and development roles.
The ideal Candidate
Must have the following
· Be a Master Black Belt or a highly experienced Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma with experience of training and delivery of Lean Six Sigma projects over a number of years
· Worked for a major company delivering training and deploying Business Improvement over several years
· Experience of working outside training and consultancy in a functional role
· Detailed knowledge of statistics and Minitab with the proven ability to train others in these areas.
· Be willing to work away from home at client sites anywhere required for a number of weeks at a time if needed.
· Be highly computer literate
· Be a dynamic and engaging trainer who can think on their feet and deliver training without slides if required.
· Be a self starter who can work with little supervision
Ideally the perfect candidate would also have the following skills and knowledge
· Understand change management and how to influence to ensure solutions are implemented
· Worked with eLearning and Moodle in the past
· Experience of delivery of improvement apprenticeships
The Offer
