10 Studio is a Manchester-based footwear design and sourcing agency supplying fashion brands globally. We design and develop women's footwear across multiple categories, with a particular strength in fashion-led, formal footwear. We operate as a small, modern buying office — agile, hands-on, and deeply product-focused.
We're hiring a Women's Footwear Product Developer / Buyer to join the team. This role is for someone who eats, sleeps and breathes women's fashion and footwear. Someone who is instinctively plugged into trends, understands how catwalk, culture and social media filter into commercial product, and genuinely loves building ranges from concept through to production.
This is not a corporate role and it's not about managing a big team. It's about product, taste, trend and execution. You'll be hands-on in a small, fast-moving business, working closely with the Founder and designer to:
- Research trends across catwalks, competitors and social media
- Translate trend insight into strong, commercial women's footwear
- Build and develop fashion-led ranges across key categories
- Work directly with factories and manage product development end to end
- Collaborate with clients and take ownership of key accounts
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong product taste within women's footwear
- Comes from a high-street, branded or fast-paced fashion environment
- Is genuinely obsessed with fashion and trends
- Is motivated by product and creative decision-making rather than hierarchy
- Is comfortable being hands-on and taking responsibility
- Enjoys collaborating closely with a small team
- Has solid experience in women's footwear product development or buying
- Is confident working directly with clients and our China team
