Must Haves:
- Time-served Maintenance Engineer
- Strong electrical fault-finding ability

Hours:
Monday to Friday – Rotating Shifts
- 1 week: 06:00 – 14:30
- 1 week: 13:30 – 22:00
- 2 weeks: 08:00 – 16:30

The Opportunity:
This is a hands-on, fast-paced maintenance role within a well-established manufacturing environment. You’ll be responsible for keeping machinery running efficiently, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance, and playing a key role in minimising downtime across the site.
If you enjoy fault finding, problem solving, and being a go-to engineer on the shop floor — this role gives you the autonomy to do exactly that.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance of machinery
- Fault finding on motors, drives, and control systems
- PLC fault finding and basic diagnostics
- Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Participating in the on-call rota
What We’re Looking For:
- A confident, hands-on engineer with a strong electrical background
- Someone who can fault find quickly and effectively under pressure
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- 18th Edition (advantageous but not essential)
- A team player with a proactive mindset
