About The Role

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll take full ownership of our warehousing function—setting up scalable systems and processes that underpin both our physical and digital growth. This is an exciting, hands‑on opportunity in a fast‑paced startup environment where your input will shape the way we operate as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Setup & Management
    • Design and implement warehouse infrastructure, layout, and systems
    • Establish efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
    • Manage warehouse equipment and ensure safety and compliance
  • Stock & Inventory Control
    • Manage inbound stock: quality control, reconciliation, and returns
    • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts
    • Oversee internal transfers between warehouse and retail locations
  • Fulfilment Operations
    • Lead day‑to‑day fulfilment across channels
    • Retail: stock replenishment and logistics
    • E‑commerce: pick, pack, and dispatch operations
    • Liaise with couriers for timely deliveries
    • Maintain high standards in packing and product presentation
  • Team Leadership
    • Train and manage warehouse team or temp staff
    • Foster a high‑performance, safety‑focused team culture
    • Ensure cleanliness, order, and operational discipline
  • Systems & Reporting
    • Implement and manage inventory systems (WMS/ERP)
    • Track KPIs: inventory accuracy, order speed, and fulfilment quality
    • Collaborate across operations, logistics, e‑commerce, and merchandising

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
  • Experience in building or scaling warehouse operations, ideally in a startup
  • Proficiency with inventory systems and fulfilment platforms
  • Physically fit with a hands‑on, process‑driven approach
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable with tech tools and fast‑paced change
  • Background in fashion, jewellery, or FMCG is a strong plus
