- Previous experience within mattress manufacturing
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: tufting, clipping, kitting or packing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am
Key Responsibilities:
- Mattress tufting and finishing
- Clipping and quality inspection
- Kitting components for production
- Packing finished products ready for dispatch
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Supporting production targets and deadlines
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
