We are seeking a hands-on Machine Operative to join our growing manufacturing business in Leeds. The role involves operating a range of woodworking machinery, ensuring quality and safety, and supporting the production team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Work with saws, presses, belt sanders, and edgebanders.
  • Check product quality and maintain high standards.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Support the wider production team as required.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Previous machine operative experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently.

Working hours:
