Must Haves

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
• Strong people management skills
• Health & Safety and Quality awareness
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing setting

Hours

• Rotating shifts - 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday (weekly rotation)

The Opportunity

We're working with a forward-thinking, environmentally focused organisation looking to add a Supervisor to their production team. As a Supervisor, you'll be leading a team of 5–8 operatives in a highly efficient, purpose-built site where quality, safety, and output really matter.

This Supervisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, motivating teams, and driving performance while working closely with engineering and management contacts to minimise downtime and hit production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a production team of 5–8
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Quality, and efficiency
• Monitor output and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with engineering and management to reduce downtime
• Ensure production plans and targets are met
