- Weekly rotating shifts
- 1 week: 06:00 – 14:30

This is a hands-on production role within a well-established plastics manufacturing environment producing specialist polythene film and bag products to customer specifications. You’ll be responsible for operating production, conversion, and bagging machinery while supporting the wider manufacturing process, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are produced efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:
- Operating production, bagging, and extrusion machinery
- Loading and preparing raw materials and films for production
- Packing and warehousing finished products to customer specifications
- Monitoring machine performance and production quality
- Completing production and quality records accurately
- Removing and processing production waste for recycling
- Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Reporting machinery faults or production issues to supervisors
- Supporting smooth production flow across shifts
What We’re Looking For:
A reliable and motivated Production Operator with experience within manufacturing or production environments. Someone who is hands-on, proactive, able to work accurately under pressure, and comfortable working rotating shifts within a busy production setting. Previous machine operating experience within plastics, packaging, or manufacturing would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
