We are currently seeking a Junior Planogrammer to join a growing POS / Retail Design environment on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Development Designer looking to start or further their career within a fast-paced retail display and trade environment. The successful candidate will support the development team by creating planogram layouts for on-shelf solutions in line with customer briefs and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret briefs to create planogram-style layouts for retail shelf solutions
- Ensure all layouts adhere to provided guidelines and specifications
- Model and insert products of varying sizes and shapes
- Work to tight deadlines and highlight any potential risks
- Collaborate with Planning, Workshop, Prototype and Pre-Production teams
- Maintain professional standards internally and externally
- Maintain accurate records and report progress accordingly
Minimum Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Comfortable participating in internal and client meetings
- Good numeracy skills
- Knowledge of SolidWorks
